At Maple Woods, we believe childhood is sacred β a precious unfolding that deserves time, tenderness, and reverence. πΏ
Beneath the wide arms of the forest, we create spaces where children are free to wonder, wander, and belong. In this natural haven, we invite children to discover the world at their own pace, with curiosity as their guide, and nature as their classroom.
Our name is a tribute to the maple tree β a symbol of balance, nourishment, and generous spirit of nature. π³
Like the maple, we honor slow, steady growth, deep roots, and the quiet wisdom that comes from living close to the earth. The maple tree offers shade, comfort, and refuge β much like the spaces we cultivate for children and families to grow and thrive in peace.
π³Through our Free Forest Fridays, families gather to hike, to play, and to reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.
π³For a more structured family experience, our Parent/Child Forest Classes offer a gentle introduction to the magic of the woods and the warmth of community.
π³Our Waldorf Cottage School provides a nurturing drop-off program for homeschoolers, where storytelling, seasonal celebrations, and hands-on learning come to life each day, giving parents a much-needed break.
At Maple Woods, learning is not separate from life β it IS life. π±
Here, childhood is honored, nature is our guide, and community grows strong, like trees reaching toward the sun.
Come find your roots, your rhythm, and your wonder among us. π
